Creative Spring Writing

Today in class we have been doing creative writing. We had to write a sentence about this picture. As a class we chose the sentence we liked to best and then added to it. Here is my sentence and the sentence I added to.

On a  hot sunny beautiful  day i was sitting underneath the oak tree in spring.

Under the oak tree,kicked back by the beach from a view,chill going down your spine, the bright sun light  on you.I Feel myself relaxing underneath the oak tree.Ah its almost summer oh no.

Cross Country

Yesterday after lunch I was very nervous because at 1:00 pt england school had a cross crountry. I was in Takiitumu that is Yellow.We were all dressed up in our house colours.

Then it was time for the house captions to do their chant. After the house captions done their chant it was time for the races to began.It was almost our turn first went the yr 8 boys.Yay its our turn now.The Yr 6 Girls was at the starting line.Then Mr Burt,said on your mark get set go then we raced of.

I was nervous because I thought i’ll come last but i diddent i came 8th that was good.Cross Country was fun though.I love having Cross Country.But make sure you run everyday like My Class and 6&8.We were the fittest because we still eun even though cross country is over.

A Continent are  a big peace of land.Their are 7 continents.They are Asia,Europe,Austraila,North America,South America,Antarctica and Africa.

Did you know that Austraila compries a land area about 7.692 million square kilometers and it is the smalleset continent.

Mr Burt’s assmbley korea,it tells the people who are being silly to stop and use there brain,their heart and their going to be cyber smart.Mr Burt made up a korea called Use My brain use my heart and im going to be cyber smart.

Use my brain is when your going to do somthing wrong you stop

and think if its right and if its not you dont do it.Always use your brain and think what your going to do.

use my heart means when someones mean to you your going to cry. always never be in at lunch time to do your work always finnish it and everyday finnish your work so you never ever stay in at lunch.

Cyber smart means to do the right thing and not the wrong thing at all times.Always be cyber smart to a adult never ever say no to a adult only a child.

use my brain use my heart helps you be cyber smart so you dont get in trouble anymore so always be the best you can to all adults and kids.just letting you know kids do the right thing and not the wrong thing.
